Swedish Relaxation:

Gentle, light touch, flowing strikes that can decrease tension, while increasing circulation.tends to increase the general health and wellbeing of the recipient.

Deep Tissue/Treatment:

Manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments) to enhance health and wellbeing. Deeply Penetrates targeted muscles, with a therapeutic intention of reducing scar tissue, adhesions, hypertenicities, decreasing soreness, eliminating pain, increasing range of motion. This is a detailed bodywork. Relive pain, reduce stress, enhance the overall quality of life performance, improves general wellbeing.

Lomi Lomi Massage: 

This traditional Hawaiian massage is a sacred healing art, handed down from generation to generation by kupuna (elders). Techniques are rhythmic and unique to each therapist, integrating the use of palms and forearms for an excellent full-body wellness massage. Lomi lomi is a traditional Hawaiian and Samoan language. The word,"Lomi Lomi" used traditionally, called lomi, means "to knead, to rub, or soothe;  that uses a combination of massage techniques, nut oils, and sometimes elements of prayer, breathing, and dance to restore energy and soothe the body. It is also known as the 'loving hands' massage. Rooted in huna (a Hawaiian philosophy centered on achieving harmony in mind, body, and spirit), lomi lomi aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, address muscle pain and other physical ailments, and provide spiritual and emotional benefits, including the relief of fear, anxiety, and other negative emotions.

Prenatal Massage:

(2nd or 3rd trimester only). Gentle and relaxing while being nurturing, and supportive for mommy and baby to be. This gentle and soothing touch reduces stress, promotes relaxation, increases circulation and nurtures and honors you in this special time. Our treatment *requires the mother to be a minimum of 12 weeks along in her pregnancy.

 

Lymphatic Drainage:

Great pre and post elective surgeries, or with injury and trauma, where edema, and inflammation exist. 

Also great after a twisted ankle, or a deep painful bruise from a fall, You can recover faster than anyone knew possible. Reduce and or ELIMINATE pain altogether. Remove the bruising and swelling immediately. Closest thing to *magic!

Reflexology Foot Massage:

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. An age-old tradition, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure techniques, these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health.

 

Table Thai:

Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing. During the massage, you will be pulled, stretched, and rocked at the hands of your Thai massage therapist. They will use every part of their body in order to do this, including their thumbs, elbows, and knees. Tahitian Thai Table Massage. ʻaʻe (the back with feet);

Lazy man's yoga. Wear yoga leggings, or sweatpants, as you are fully clothed during this experience.   Compressions, rocking and jostling movements, combined with acupressure points, and Tahitian aromas to lull you into paradise. You will feel invigorated, and three inches taller after this session.

 

Hot Stone Massage:  

Involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The massage therapist places the hot stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort. A powerful, restorative, energy balancing and grounding treatment, where hot and cold stones are placed on and under the body to open the body’s energy centers and promote circulation. Massage is incorporated to take advantage of the increased circulation and promote a feeling of balance, rejuvenation, and relaxation. (Not while pregnant)

 

Shiatsu Massage: 

Form of therapeutic bodywork from Japan. It uses kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping, and stretching techniques Usually Shiatsu massage is a dry massage (with no oil) and you receive it with clothes on. Acupressure, specific points to unblock meridians, allowing energy to flow. Releases fatigue. Stress Reduction. Pain Management. Anxiety Relief.

 

Sports Massage:

During physical activity—especially strenuous—muscle tension builds up in the body's soft tissues. A sport massage is the manipulation of soft tissue (muscle) in order to prevent or improve sports injuries. Jostling, tapoment, increasing circulation, decreasing waste in the tissue, and increasing range of motion. Sports Massage is designed to prepare the athlete for their best performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve muscle swelling and tension. Rewarding...after your effort in training.

Fire Cupping Treatment:

Cupping is a traditional Chinese therapy used to treat illnesses and imbalances for over 2,500 years. Fire cupping may sound like medieval alchemy, but it is actually painless and extraordinarily effective for a range of health conditions, including severe muscle stiffness and arthritis. Healing Touch "Energy":

Healing Touch is an "energy therapy" that uses gentle hands on techniques thought to help re-pattern the patient's energy field, and accelerate healing of the body, mind, and spirit.

Healing Touch is based on the belief that human beings are fields of energy that are in constant interaction with others and the environment. The goal of Healing Touch is to purposefully use the energetic interaction between the Healing Touch practitioner and the patient to restore harmony to the patient's energy system.

Aroma-release:

An aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. 

Release energetic blockages, and align energy. Drops of essential oil are used along the spine, and the nervous system responds well.

 

Sound Healing:

We have gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being.  Chakra balancing, grounding, can effect meridians, healing body holistically.
 

Intraoral Massage Jaw Massage:

Intraoral massage jaw massage is an effective treatment for clients who suffer from TMJ dysfunction, headaches or excess jaw tension. Latex-free gloves are worn while working inside the mouth to release the muscles and fascia involved with chewing and jaw clenching. This modality is used in conjunction with massage techniques for the face, scalp and neck muscles that affect jaw alignment and tension. 

Common symptoms in TMJ dysfunction that can be helped by massage include pain with opening and closing, popping and clicking of the jaw joint, migraines and chronic headaches, bruxism, chronic tension due to repetitive oral habits (ie: lip/cheek biting), ringing or fullness in the ears, muscle imbalances caused by prolonged dental treatment, unexplained pain in upper teeth, and whiplash injuries.
